SETA offers support for our educational tour groups by providing Japanese and English speaking guides or interpreters during their stay. We also offer assistance to local educational institutions who are hosting our groups.
We are proud to have our 24 hour telephone counseling service for students in homestays, accompanying teachers and tour escorts.
Counseling services draw upon a knowledge base in Education, Psychology and Applied Linguistics to assist in resolving participant and host family concerns. If needed psychological therapy is also available from accredited Japanese speaking mental health professionals.
This support is a vital element in ensuring the success of tours and an enjoyable stay.
